Content Design

We design motion and real-time content that looks crisp on projection or LED—and that holds up after opening night. From brand systems and generative looks to pre-rendered sequences and seasonal refreshes, we deliver a pipeline that’s easy to update and measured against clear performance targets.

What We Deliver

  • Content Systems — brand-safe visual language, templates, and rules

  • Real-Time Packs — TouchDesigner/Unreal looks with controllable parameters

  • Pre-Rendered Libraries — resolution-correct loops & sequences (with variants)

  • Audio & Sound Design — optional sound beds synced to cues/timecode

  • Specs & Tooling — render sheets, color/contrast guidance, naming & versioning

  • Handoff & Ops — playlists, schedules, operator notes, and refresh cadence

Budget & Timeline (typical starting ranges)

  • Real-Time Content Pack$12k–$40k · 1–3 weeks

  • Pre-Rendered Pack$8k–$35k · 1–3 weeks

  • Content System (brand toolkit)$25k–$80k · 3–6+ weeks

  • Seasonal Refresh$5k–$20k · 3–10 days

Drivers: number of looks/variants, resolution & aspect(s), render time, integration with show control, and approvals.

Process

  • Discovery & Mood — goals, KPIs, surfaces/LED pitch, motion/brand guardrails

  • Styleframes & Motion Tests — contrast/readability, brightness and pixel density checks

  • System Design — parameters, presets, color modes, seasonal variants

  • Production — real-time builds or render queue with naming/versioning

  • QA & Calibration — on-device tests, brightness/ghosting checks, align to playback fps

  • Handoff & Refresh Plan — playlists, documentation, and a refresh schedule

Performance & Accessibility

  • Target native playback fps; avoid strobing that can cause discomfort.

  • Maintain contrast and readable motion at viewing distance/pixel pitch.

  • Provide safe modes and brightness caps for high-ambient or sensitive spaces.

  • Deliver color-corrected assets for projection vs. LED (different gamuts/black levels).

FAQs {#faq}

Real-time or pre-rendered—how do we choose?
If you need live control or sensor response, go real-time. If you want predictable playback and lighter ops, pre-rendered libraries are efficient.

What formats do you deliver?
We match your pipeline: real-time projects (TD/Unreal) or rendered sequences (ProRes/h.264/h.265/PNG) at target resolution, frame rate, and aspect.

Can our team update content later?
Yes. We document templates, naming, and presets. You can request seasonal refreshes or use the toolkit in-house.

Do you score audio as well?
We can provide sound beds and event cues or integrate with your audio team and show control.

Who owns the content?
Per the SOW, you own delivered assets. We retain internal tools/libraries; everything needed to run the system is handed off.
