Interactive Installations (Austin and Nationwide)
We design, build, and operate sensor-driven installations—projection & LED mapping, LiDAR touch walls, and real-time content—with high uptime and transparent budgets. Based in Austin and working nationwide, we help retail, museums, and venues turn spaces into measurable experiences.

FAQ
How much does an interactive installation cost?
Pilots often start around $35k–$75k. Flagship, multi-surface builds typically run $250k–$750k+, driven by content scope, hardware (projection/LED), site constraints, and operations/maintenance.What’s the typical timeline?
Prototypes: ~1 week. Pilots: 6–8 weeks. Full builds: 10–16+ weeks including discovery, fabrication, install, and QA. Complex venues or custom fabrication can extend this. What does the process look like?
Discovery Sprint → Prototype-in-a-Week → Pilot → Rollout → Operations. We own technical risk at each stage (integration, safety, QA) and keep budgets/schedules transparent. Can you work with our agency or AV partner?
Yes. We can lead as prime or work white-label alongside agencies, fabricators, and AV teams with clear scopes and SLAs.Do you handle accessibility and safety?
Yes—ADA touch reach, egress, load schedules, cable management, and signage. We provide documentation and review with venue/GC teams. What are the power and network needs?
We deliver a load schedule and network plan during Discovery. Typical needs are dedicated 120 V circuits and hardwired Gigabit; exact specs depend on the final design. What tech stacks do you use?
TouchDesigner and Unreal Engine with LiDAR/vision sensors, projection or LED systems, and show control (DMX/Art-Net/OSC). We integrate with existing control rooms where possible.Who owns the content and code?
You own final deliverables per the SOW. We provide a documented handoff (repo/archives) and can retain ongoing support if you prefer. How do you measure success?
We define KPIs early—dwell time, interactions, throughput, reliability—and instrument the system to report them. You get a post-launch summary. What happens after opening?
Monitoring, SLAs, and a maintenance plan (spares, backups, remote access). We can train staff and offer seasonal content refreshes. Can you retrofit an existing wall or LED display?
Usually, yes. We assess pixel pitch, throw distances, ambient light, and control paths, then propose a retrofit plan.Do you travel or work nationwide?
Yes—Austin-based with U.S. coverage. We can prototype locally and deploy on site with your venue’s schedule.Do you work outside Austin?
Yes—Central Texas and nationwide. Austin clients get faster prototyping and site visits. Can you coordinate local trades and permits?
We collaborate with venue GCs, electricians, and fabricators and support permit documentation when required. What’s your availability for rush installs?
We can often spin up a prototype within a week and schedule installs around venue hours.Do you offer ongoing support in Austin?
Yes—on-site and remote support, plus scheduled maintenance and content refreshes. Can we see work in person?
When permitted by clients, yes. We can arrange a studio demo or a site visit.
