Mycocube

A project we worked on for Otherworld Philly.

When guests arrive at Otherworld Philly, a giant computer made of mycelium greets them with information and a list of the rules of the city of ATAM. This computer runs the city and primes the guest for their experience through Otherworld.

Guests paying attention can catch bits of lore and clues to the puzzles of the space.

We worked with Otherworld to build this installation using 4 projectors, 24 TV screens, 4 motion tracking sensors, and spatial audio all synchronized and mapped to the cube.
